Snowboarding Exercises Before You Hit the Slopes

I've had friends injure themselves doing sports simply because they were not in shape. And last year, I hurt my knee my second day up after taking a bad spill. That took me out for almost 3 months! I wasn't going to let that happen again.

So this year, I started doing more weight training exercises in the gym to strengthen my legs, back and abs before the season started. I've got to tell you, it really made a difference. I was hardly sore my first day up and haven't been sore since. Wild!

The exercises aren't hard and don't take much time - in fact, if you are a gym regular, you are probably doing most of them already.
