Learn Yoga
Online
Yoga is an excellent way to stay in shape by building
strength and toning your body, even for losing weight.
I've also found that it's very helpful for stretching when
you're involved in high-impact sports like wakeboarding or
snowboarding. When I take a yoga class just once or twice a
week, my body feels much less stiff and sore from the other
activities I'm doing. I would recommend learning yoga to pretty
much anyone.
My Online Yoga offers awesome
yoga videos on-demand. Get professional instruction from
over 20 yoga teachers certified in Hatha
Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa,
Sivanada Yoga, Kundalini
Yoga and more. You subscribe by the month and can

You can even download classes to your iPhone - or
instructional yoga by audio. Meditation music

The only gear that I really found I needed for the class was
a yoga mat. A basic non-slip yoga mat with a textured
surface will do fine. Wear comfortable clothing
that allows you to flexible. Fitted stretchy
clothing is preferrable, but you can definitely get away
with just shorts and a t-shirt.
If you want to learn yoga at home, either instead of a
class or in addition to a class, you may want to consider more
than just a yoga mat. For example, an instructional yoga video
or additional equipment, like blocks, straps and balls, that
let you add variety and challenge to your yoga workouts.
